FASCIAL STRETCH THERAPY

Many types of stretching focus on isolated muscle stretching, and finding a level of discomfort and/or pain, but fascial stretching (FST®) targets the entire myofascial network providing a relaxing and therapeutic pain free experience, with results that last!

This can be booked as a stand alone appointment or it's almost always added into your appointment.

REMEDIAL MASSAGE

Remedial massage therapy uses specific soft tissue massage techniques in tandem with other forms of techniques, such as triggerpoint therapy, deep tissue and Muscle Energy Techniques (MET).  Remedial massage aims to treat damaged, knotted, tense or immobile muscle imbalances.

This session will always involve stretching & can be given take home exercises/ stretches & self soft tissue treatment.

MYOFASCIAL CUPPING

Myofascial cupping is a soft tissue therapy that involves the application of decompressed cups on the skin, creating a vacuum effect that lifts up underlying tissues such as the fascia ( connective tissue ) and muscles, blood and other fluid, close to the surface of the skin to reduce or eliminate adhesions/ trigger points.

Great for tonic muscles tightness & also athletes to continue to perform at your best.

Group Sessions

We are all built to move! Unfortunately in modern society we don't all move as we should as we age. Primal pattern movements are 7 key movements that are necessary for survival in our developmental environment. In other words if you couldn't correctly perform theses seven movement patterns quickly and efficiently without thinking about what your body was doing, you probably wouldn't survive in the wild. Even though our lifestyle is very different from our ancestors, theses seven movements patterns are still key to performing daily tasks and staying injury free.

MOBILITY MATTERS

Free your
Fascia/ Soft tissues & Joints

A combination of techniques so you can address all positional and movement related soft tissue stiffness and joint restrictions.
I give you the tools in this session to perform routine maintenance using Mobility Tools (spikey ball/ foam rollers, rubber bands), Fascial Stretching Techniques, Stretch Bars and the use a Swiss Ball to open up the body's Myo-fascia to create space around your joints to move more freely.

We work on muscle testing/ strengthening & lengthening for you to build your inner and outer unit for a more balanced posture for every day movements from the home, to your sports and career.

Compound whole body exercises with a focus on movement. Relies on internal stability - no seats & no benches. Supports activities of daily living & sporting activities.

Using the Kinetic Link Training approach & Paul Chek principals we move into a diverse group of exercises to fine tune your functional movement patterns.

50 min session.

On the spot health funds claims is not available. An emailed or printed receipt will be issued on payment for you to claim via your health fund app or in store.
